1. Return conditions & return period
You have the option to purchase products that you have purchased from World Of Sale Menz Stores. To be returned within our specified return period.
Our return period is 14 days from receipt.
All products and services that we manufacture, pre-order, organize or commission from our supplier specifically for the customer are excluded from returns.
Report the return to us in writing to hallo@helloworld-geschenkset.ch

If your return has not been returned to World Of Sale Menz more than 14 days from receipt, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be given.
*Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items reported & returned after the return period of 14 days (from receipt) has expired.
2. Return shipping costs
The return shipping costs for returns must be borne by the customer.
In the following exceptional situations, the return shipping costs will be borne by World Of Sale Menz:
* Upon receipt of a product that was not ordered
* Upon receipt of a defective or incomplete product
* If you receive a different product than ordered
* In the event of incorrect information provided by our suppliers in ourOnline shops
3. Refunds
The shipping costs paid by the customer are excluded from the refund and will not be refunded.
When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited.
If a shipment is returned to us by the post office due to the customer's fault - for example due to non-collection, incorrect or incomplete delivery address or other circumstances for which the customer is responsible - all resulting costs (including return, re-shipment and processing costs) will be borne by the customer. A new delivery will only take place after these additional costs have been paid.
4. Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account.

5. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher equal to the purchase value when the item is returned. As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by email. If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase or sent to the gift giver, a refund will be made to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.
6. Rights
World Of Sale Menz reserves the right to edit or change this return & refund policy at any time. In such a case, World Of Sale Menz's current return & refund policy must always be taken into account. You can review the most current version of the Returns & Refunds Policy at any time on this page.
Buyers are responsible for checking the Return & Refund Policy periodically or before ordering.
