The sun shone warmly on the sand. ☀️
The sea glittered and small waves danced on the shore. 🌊

Three friends were playing on the beach:
Colin the elephant,
Maxin the hare
and Xenia the lioness. 💛

Colin had a small one Wooden rattle,
Maxin brought his toy car,
and Xenia wore her favorite one Wood koala in the arm. 🐨

“Today we are building the largest sandcastle in the world!” Xenia shouted.
“With tower, gate and moat!” Colin said proudly.
“And with a garage for my car!” laughed Maxin. 🚗

They shoveled, slapped sand, laughed and splashed.
The wind played with her hair,
and seagulls circled overhead.

But suddenly the ground shook a little.
Boom… boom… boom!

A large shadow fell over the friends.
They turned around - and there it was Yoshi, the dinosaur! 🦕

“Hello, you little beach builders!” Yoshi called in a friendly manner.
"My name is Yoshi. What are you doing?"

“We build castles!” Colin shouted.
“Castles?” Yoshi said and grinned. “Then you’re still missing the best game: Beach volleyball!“

The friends laughed and shouted: “Yeah!” 🎉

Yoshi pulled out a big ball.
Colin trumpeted loudly, Maxin jumped up,
and Xenia tried to hit the ball with her paw.

The ball flew, the sun glowed,
and everyone laughed so hard
that even the seagulls giggled. 😄

It was the most beautiful chaos on the beach –
and no one wanted it to stop.

As the sky slowly turned orange 🌅,
everyone sat down on the sand.
The sea roared quietly,
and Yoshi put his big hand in the sand.

“It was the best day in a long time,” whispered Xenia.
Colin nodded. “Friends are the greatest gift.” 🎁

Everyone looked at the sparkling sea
and knew:
You never forget days like that. 💛
